The device has a clamshell form factor, but the screen can also swivel 180 degrees and the device can function as a touchscreen.   It comes with a stylus and the keyboard has dedicated keys to bring up various programs. The device has 64 Mb of RAM and 128 Mb Flash ROM  The device comes with a CF card slot and an SD card slot. I/O include IrDa and a mini USB port (cable supplied). The USB is configured as host/client, allowing the device to be connected to a PC or to use external USB devices, such as mice, full keyboards and other peripherals.  There is a standard headphone jack on the device.  Data can be moved on and off the device easily using the SD card and CF card slots. I am supplying a 256 Mb SD card with this sale. I have successfully used up to 2Gb CF cards, but am not sure of the maximum capacity of CF cards for the this device. Software The device comes with a full suite of office apps (word processor, spreadsheet, slideshow maker) and the usual address book, to do list, calendar and simple text editor. The device also comes with onboard media apps, video player, music player, voice recorder, image viewer etc. The device is internet capable with the addition of a compact flash LAN or Wireless LAN card (not supplied) and has an email client and browser on board. The device comes with the charger, and the battery holds charge like new.
