Thank you.** **Please Read** My friend purchased this blanket from a boutique and never ended up using it. It is unbranded. There are no content tags but I believe it is a cotton/polyester blend. There are also no washing instructions but it would probably be best to machine wash it on a gentle cycle and remove promptly from the dryer, letting it air dry the rest of the way. I believe it is a super king based similar blankets and size charts. I displayed it on a queen size bed to give an idea of how it would look. It has not been washed or used and is in new without tags condition. This listing is for the brass lamp in the photos...at least I think it's brass. I believe it is vintage and it's origin is Asian, but not 100 percent certain. My daughter's grandparents on the other side were quite wealthy and had a lot of nice things and I believe this is one of them.   I believe many of them were passed down through a generation or two, therefore I say it's vintage. I am not sure what the image is of on the three legs of the base, but it appears to be some sort of animal. It's a very nice, solid lamp. It works, so it would be perfect for that desktop of yours...hah! The base is wooden. I could not see any damage on the lamp, just regular wear. Seems like individuals may have rubbed the animal heads on the base for good luck. The lamp stands approximately 18" high and the wooden base is 5" in diameter. I looked, but did not see any markings on the piece to identify it better. Will be shipped properly and protected as well as possible. Thanks for looking.

It does not have a bottom piece, which is easy to create.  It is connected by dowels.  I believe it would be better to use screws or glue (not included) I am not an expert.  I found these items in the office, workshop and home of the first electrician in Savoie, France,  whose house and business was closed when he died by the family in 1965.  I bought a building recently and found all these treasures preserved but forgotten inside.  It has taken me 2 years just to go through, preserve and catalogue all that I found.  Please see my other items to get a glimpse of some of the other antiques and old paper found.  I have already sold a great deal... but left the small things to place on until recently.  This is a beautiful tribute to the memories of our past beginning with 1823 until 1960.
