Opening with the crunching power chords of "The New Life," it finds Mike Scott with a largely new backing band, a rekindled love of guitar, and a notion to move away from the Irish-influenced folk music of the past several Waterboys records. The combination of these factors makes for one of the loosest, most relaxed Waterboys outings since the band's early days.Standouts include the insistent, rolling pace of "Glastonbury Song," the oddly appropriate pairing of guitar heroics and dub rhythms of "Suffer," and the majestic "Love And Death," which is carried along, like all the best Waterboys songs, on Scott's earnest vocals. Also of note is "Spiritual City," which includes a looping, trance-like sitar and scat vocals. Overall, DREAM HARDER provides both a solid entry into, and fitting end to, the Waterboys saga; it's also an important signpost to Scott's subsequent solo career. Editorial Reviews 8 - Excellent -...DREAM HARDER is some party--the kind of trip that reminds you how every Waterboys record should have the legend `To Be Continued...' scratched into the run-off groove.... Additional personnel: Andrew Comess (Hammond organ); Mark Angostino (shaker); Jeremy Gross (programming). Producers: Frankie LaRocka, Peter Denenberg, The Spin Doctors. Recorded at Clinton Studios, New York, New York in March, 1994. The Spin Doctors have created a perfect time capsule for the New York City bar band scene of the late 1980s. Reminiscent of an era where '60s nostalgia flourished and groups like the Spin Doctors and Blues Traveler ruled the live scene, TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN finds the boys once again in their element. Paying homage to their origins, the cover art to TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN (and that of the first album, POCKET FULL OF KRYPTONITE) is graced by Nightingales, the Manhattan bar where the Spin Doctors carved a niche with their relaxed yet hip approach to guitar-based funk. TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN plays like a New York tour book. From its references to a Brooklyn diner in "Hungry Hamed's"--which vocalist Chris Barron informs us is "just three blocks from Bergen Street"--to the tongue-in-cheek reworking of Antony and Cleopatra in "Cleopatra's Cat," TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN reestablishes the Spin Doctors' grasp on the urban funk SONY-EPIC / 1994 / PRINTED IN AUSTRIA  Boitier Cristal // Crystal Box Tous mes CD sont en état impeccable, très peu utilisés Frais de Port, Shipping cost: Pour la France: 4,60€ (+1€ par CD Supplémentaire) For Europe, Switzerland and Norvay: 6,50€ (+2€ each additional CD) Rest of the world: 7,85€ (+3€ each additional CD) Je ne livre pas les dom Tom, la Corse et les bases de l'armée (marine, armée de terre, de l'air, etc...) ainsi que les boites postales Pas de chèque.

I have shipped hundreds of discs and have never encountered any problems. Here is my method. I take the disc (with its under-cover) out of its cardboard cover, because otherwise the disc can move and make holes in the cover (experienced as a buyer). Then I add 3 layers of protection: 1. plastic pouch like the one you find at a record store. 2. bubble wrap with shims to ensure the gap with the 3rd level. 3. high quality fluted cardboard, very rigid, with the mention "fragile"
