Pochette / PS: EX Bel état général. Disque / Record: VG+ Multiple traces de surface. Ces disques ont été gardé à l'abri de l'humidité et de la lumière mais pas forcément de la poussière. Un bon nettoyage devrait définitivement accroître la qualité acoustique de ces vinyles en ôtant la poussière qui pourrait y rester. Dans la mesure où chaque collectionneur a sa propre méthode de nettoyage (machines VPI ou Okki Nokki, pâte LGL, sprays, etc...), nous laissons le soin d'exécuter cette délicate opération à son futur propriétaire. These records have been stored away from moisture and light but, sometimes, not from dust. A good cleaning will definitely increase the sound quality by taking off some of the dust that might still be there. As every record collector has his own way to do it (VPI or Okki Nokki cleaning machines, LGL paste, sprays, etc...) we leave this delicate operation to its next owner. Graduation system: M (MINT) Sealed, never played, new in its original packaging. NM (NEAR MINT) Almost perfect copy, never or very rarely played. At worst, one or two surface marks, generally insignificant and due to inner sleeve. This the highest grade for an unsealed record. EX (EXCELLENT) Very clean copy, some insignificant surfaces marks (hairlines). This record has been rarely played, on good equipment and treated with care. The cover has very minor flaws: a name or discrete initials, low wear corners, very slight ringwear. VG + + (VERY GOOD + +) More surface marks.Minor flaws or cover wear, minor edge wear. This is generally the grade given to a 20 to 50 years old record with a "normal" life, treated with care, but listened and handled regularly by his former owner. VG + (VERY GOOD +) Has been played a lot, shows multiple slight surface marks (hairlines) generating background noise between songs but no jump or skips. Cover shows important signs of age and storage (slice corners worn, name, date, dedication, tears, etc....). Generally, this record was one of the favorites among previous owner discotheque, went from hand to hand, had to animate some parties and bears the scars of a busy life. VG (VERY GOOD) The record is very worn, has been played a lot, shows important scratches that are creating permanent background noises but do not skip or jump. Still listenable (especially at high volume for big sound). The cover is well worn, torn important corner and edge wear, significant traces of marker pen or... well, the previous grade but more accentuated. G (GOOD) Has been played to the hilt (but still playable on some titles), many scratches, crackles a lot while playing, may have jumps or sticks. The cover is very damaged. This record must be very rare to be proposed on sale ! We tend to exaggerate our gradations, however, in case of doubt, do not hesitate to ask questions before bidding. Cleaning The sleeves are generally cleaned. Each collector has his own method for cleaning vinyl records, those that we offer for sale are just clean with a smooth velvet brush to take off the dust before being photographed. Photos Our records are always photographed by natural light. No scanning which tends to erase some defects. Very hard to find and RARE Ac/dc BOX set Vol 1 Complete with 6 albums Why rare? as it has the red lettered Powerage sleeve misprint and the TNT with white border. Those were only released in this very limited 1989 box set. A lot of these box sets exist in cardboard, but very few were made in this perspex plastic box. Overall super condition, see pictures for a very detailed condition. - All records seem to be unplayed and are NM. - Sleeves are all close to NM except for Dirty Deeds that has wide tape marks allover (VG), but it's not distrubing as you can see on the pictures. Powerage has a tiny seam split as you can see to the left. - Plastic box (inevitable scratches, one corner missing a part - see pictures) and inner (tears, tape and wear on sides) are VG. There is no set percentage of the Near Mint value these can bring; it is best negotiated between buyer and seller. NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) A good description of a NM record is “it looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time.” In other words, it’s nearly perfect. Many dealers won’t use a grade higher than this, implying (perhaps correctly) that no record or sleeve is ever truly perfect. NM records are shiny, with no visible defects. Writing, stickers or other markings cannot appear on the label, nor can any “spindle marks” from someone trying to blindly put the record on the turntable. Major factory defects also must be absent; a record and label obviously pressed off center is not Near Mint. If played, it will do so with no surface noise. (NM records don’t have to be “never played”; a record used on an excellent turntable can remain NM after many plays if the disc is properly cared for.) VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking. Covers with cut-out markings can never be considered Near Mint. Very Good (VG) Many of the imperfections found on a VG+ record are more obvious on a VG record. That said, VG records — which usually sell for no more than 25 percent of a NM record — are among the biggest bargains in record collecting, because most of the “big money” goes for more perfect copies. For many listeners, a VG record or sleeve will be worth the money. VG records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise. Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. Many collectors who have jukeboxes will use VG records in them and not think twice. État : Occasion Très bon état, Used but very good condition for the vinyl Rare première presse MONO (Van Gelder) de 1963 Rare first pressing mono, 1963 (recorded January and March) Disque VG+ minimum, avec très peu de bruits de fond et crépitements. Il a été peu écouté et il joue excellent. Disque nettoyé et testé. Pochette VG avec traces d'usures localisées sur coins et bords, ancienne  trace d'humidité sur l'arriere coin gauche, qui reste encore solide. Taches légères et salissures anciennes disséminées sur l'arrière de la pochette. Présence de la pochette intérieure originale Blue Note. Elle est en très mauvais état mais sera donnée pour conserver ce document. Pochette generique ancienne mais propre  la remplaçant. VG + minimum for the vinyl record. Vinyl still glossy, hairlines marks without consequence on the audio quality, Play very well without skips, jumps etc...Label ok with no writing VG for the jacket. The sleeve has wear to all four corners, along the spine, and throughout. Stains dessiminated on the back. Old moisture trace on left down corner, now corner is solid. No writing. Contains original inner sleeve (bad condition). I let it with the album for this historic document, and furnish an old generic one, (white) more clean... État : Occasion Disque en très bon état VG + à VG ++ Testé sur ma platine: quelques griffures éraflures superficielles sans conséquence. Un peu de faibles crépitements du à l'age dans les parties silencieuses ou calmes. L'audio est très bon Pochette en état moyen: VG Très légère usure aux coins, décollement sur le devant et près de l'ouverture de la fine couverture glacée qui a été recollée. Ca ne se voit pas trop car dans l'image il ya deja beaucoup d'effets de  plis avec le bord inferieur du masque, le haut de l'habit qui est plissé. Le reste du devant de la pochette est assez frais et bien glacé. La tranche OK avec texte bien lisible. Le dos de la pochette a un souci au niveau inferieur gauche: Trace ancienne d'humidité qui a décollé et enlevé le bord du papier blanc. On voit le rabat glacé cartonné du dessous qui est encore ferme et l'incident ne serait pas trop grave. Le reste du dos de la pochette est ok avec des traces d'age relativement légères. Sous pochette d'origine mais en mauvais état au niveau de l'ouverture, qui a été coupé proprement pour pouvoir conserver ce document d'origine Disc condition: VG + à VG++ Not much wear. Surfaces have some minor scratches (hairlines) that don't affect sound quality. Light crackle due to age, in the quiet passage or at some points,  not affecting music quality.  Label undamaged, unmarked. Great Audio Cover condition: VG shows signs of age.
