Ce Document est une demande émise par Jeffrey Dahmer lors de son séjour au pénitencier du Wisconsin auprès de la prison afin d'effectuer un transfert de fond vers son père Lionnel Dahmer pour un montant de 3000 dollars. Demande qui s'est vu lui être refusée au motif suivant: b'"' Votre demande n'entre pas dans les lignes directrices d'une dépense personnelle pour vous-mêmeb'"'. C'est le surveillant pénitentiaire Kay McGuire de l'unité de management qui s'est occupé de cette demande, et qui a annoté son Nom sur le document en 1993. This document is a request issued by Jeffrey Dahmer during his stay at the Wisconsin penitentiary to the prison in order to make a fund transfer to his father Lionnel Dahmer in the amount of $3,000. Request which was refused on the following grounds: b'"'Your request does not fall within the guidelines of a personal expense for yourselfb'"'. It was prison officer Kay McGuire of the management unit who handled this request, and who noted his name on the document in 1993.
