And unsealed. Runs cooler than original. Unsealed means the IHS (the grey metalic cover in direct contact with cooler) is not glued to the PCB (for utlimate cooling performance). On request from buyer I can glue it back to the PCB but this may result in a 1 to 3°c increase in temp. Note: it is unsealed but the bracket maintains the CPU firmly to the socket due to the applied pressure. So everything is fine as long as CPU is left on the socket as it is supposed to be anyway. I never overclocked this CPU. However I used in-bios option "Asus MultiCore Enhancement" which overclocked the CPU to 4.4GHz.
