Zeiss Ikon AD1 Amplifiers. You can buy 2x Zeiss Ikon Dominar tube amplifiers of 1930’s probably restored (buy only if you are happy with the presumed origin!) They are S.E./ single-ended in pure A class, each with the best directly heated triode AD-1 (both from EML as new), with AC-2 driver tube (NOS) and AZ-1 rectifier tube (mesh anode, both from Valvo, tested 80/80 µA!). Output approx. 4 watts at 4-8 ohm speakers, mains prim. 110, 120, 220 and 240 volts, 50/60 Hz. With 2x Klangfilm speaker cables, 2x power and 2x audio cables. The two tube amplifiers work and have a wonderful, natural and warm sound, very detailed, with excellent highs, mids and bass.
