Strangely the original version in english was unreleased but you can hear it on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyAHN9DttE4. Les Surfs also sang "If You Please" in English for a US TV show (there was video on youtube but I can't find it anymore). But as far as I know, there is no recording version in English.
