Use it on its own or wire it to your existing doorbell. PIR MOTION DETECTION The PIR (passive infrared) motion detector provides enhanced motion detection that won't give off false alarms. Adjust the sensitivity directly from the Guarding Vision app! The camera will start recording when it detects motion. In addition, you can enable two different alarm styles as well as push notifications based on motion detection. 3MP RESOLUTION The NSC-DB2 shoots video at 3MP @ 30 FPS. This is one step above FHD (Full High Definition) resolution, or 1080p. With this camera, you’ll be able to stream and record footage with 2048x1536 pixels, which will give you a picture that’s crisper and clearer than your standard high definition camera. 2.2MM FIXED LENS The NSC-DB2 has a 2.2mm Fixed Lens. That means it’s fixed at one length; it can't optically zoom in and out. The longer the focal length on a fixed lens camera, the more zoomed in it is and the more close-up detail you'll be able to see. But the shorter the focal length, the wider the field of view and the more area your surveillance will cover. The NSC-DB2 has a fixed length of 2.2mm, giving it a horizontal field of view of 105°.
