Radio receiver R-390A/URR manufactured by AMELCO under Collins Radio's patent, s/n 637. Here is an historic piece of equipment that has become rare to find in good working conditions. The R-390A/URR provides reception of continuous-wave (CW), modulated-continuous-wave (MCW), frequency-shift keyed (FSK), and single-sideband (SSB) signals. A double sideband signal, either AM or phase-modulated (PM), occupying up to a total of 12 kHz of spectrum for voice transmission may also be received Radio Receiver R-390A/URR is a super heterodyne type with multiple frequency conversion covering a frequency range of 0.5 to 32 MHz. Double conversion is used when operating from 8.0 to 32 MHz, and triple conversion when operating from 0.5 to 8.0 MHz. Linear tuning provides constant frequency spread throughout the entire range. Tuning is accomplished by positioning powdered-iron cores in the RF and IF coils, at a rate controlled by a mechanical arrangement of gears, shafts, and cams. The operating frequency is read from a counter-type indicator. A built-in crystal-controlled oscillator provides frequency calibration. One of the best monitor controller ever !  In mint condition... New DAC The Quantum DAC is the 5th generation design from Crane Song and has less then 1pS jitter. The Quantum DAC uses 32 bit a converter and ASRC for jitter reduction up sampling to 211KHz. Avocet has always upsampled to 211KHz.  The reference clock has less then 1pS, 0.5pS typical 1Hz to 100KHz and a proprietary reconstruction filter for accurate time domain response. New Direct sub woofer outputs for each of the three output have been added. The output levels are now programmable in 0.25 db steps for speaker level matching Avocet  IIA is designed to solve the problems of accurate monitoring and volume control as required by workstation users, studios and mastering rooms alike. It is a stereo controller with three digital inputs, three analog inputs and a headphone system. It's comprised of a rack mounted unit and table top remote control. Avocet has many features including; dim, mute, phase, mono, and 16 bit truncation functions, plus a speaker select switch that sends line level balanced audio to one of three outputs. The six input sources have on the fly gain trim capability, and all digital signals are up-sampled and jitter reduced to ensure the highest accuracy during D/A conversion. The internal headphone amplifier can be fed from the program source or an external input. Provisions for a talk back function are included. Avocet  IIA can operate in surround up to 7.1, with the appropriate number of audio boxes in the system.

I’m selling my 2018 left-handed Gibson Explorer. It’s a really nice guitar to play, the slim taper neck allows you to play comfortably and fast. It’s a pure rock machine with those 2 BurstBuckers, but there’s a whole lot of versatility to be found when you’re setting up the tone/volume knobs the right way (to get great clean sounds). Knobs have been swapped, and I added pointers. Pickguard has been changed as well, and I’m sending the original (white) with the guitar. It’s been my main guitar for 1+ year, and has been heavily played. It’s not mint, and there are playing wear/nitro cracks all over the guitar, especially on the body (see pictures). So you’re not buying a pristine Explorer. However, the guitar playability is perfect, the guitar has zero split in the wood, and has never fallen. The intonation is set up for 9-46. I bought it brand new in 2019 for 1.950$. It will be sold with its flight case.

This is a 70's vintage and rare Foxx Fuzz Wa effect pedal. ** It has been very few used, there has been only, as far as I know, two previous owners who both used it from very rarely to almost never ** It has got four different Wah-Wah tones and also integrates a fuzz effect. It sounds really gorgeous, and due to its rarity, quite unique. * I've tested it basically and can tell that it works perfectly - and what a sound ! There are one 4-positions selector on the front to select wah envelope, and three knobs on the left side, presumably for tone, gain and whatever else. There are two 2-states switches: the pedal switch commutes between wah wah and volume control. The auxiliary switch commutes the fuzz effect. There is also an extra switch on the side (see photos) but I cannot figure out what it is used for. All the components, buttons, switchs, gear, board are all original, to the screws. It is really suitable as collector.    ** It is in overall exceptionally good condition, due to the fact it has been very rarely used since the 70's. I guess that you will not see one in a such good condition before long ** It is powered by a 9-volts battery (not provided). The pedal is sold without any other accessories, no manual, no box, no external power supply. The item ships from France (CE). Please note that depending on your country's law set, you may have to pay import taxes when the parcel is delivered. These taxes are not included in the price. The power battery connector is slightly damaged -the (-) (negative) plot is missing and needs to be added, but the unit is working as is, and the repair is really easy to make: just solder a negative plot pin to the battery connector, to reduce noise level by grounding the power supply of the unit, which is, in our case, a 9V battery.

Technics SH-GE90 DSP - Equalizer - Digital Sound Processor. Hi, I'm selling this Technics DSP because I have no use for it anymore. It's a Technics SH-GE90 Digital Sound Processor. The unit has some scratches due to usage and storage, especially on the plastic parts. There's some paint missing at the back of the unit (see pictures). The DSP display flickers slightly. This is a typical fault of this unit, which can easily be remedied by replacing a dry capacitor. You can find information about this in the net. The audio functions are not affected by this. I'm not good at soldering, I don't want to damage it by trying to repair it. It has never been serviced. The unit is sold with a power cord. I'll send the unit using the UPS standard service, sorry for the high shipping cost. I never had any issues shipping fragile items with them and I don't want the unit damaged because I've used another service. The unit will be well protected and all moving parts will be secured. The shipping costs takes into account the packaging itself I have to provide and the fact that I have to drive 60km, round trip, to go to the nearest UPS Access Point. So that's why the shipping cost is a bit higher than you should expect (I added approx 5€ for packaging and fuel). For sale a Drake NYJT H 7** metal tenor mouthpiece goldplated in very good condition. The shank, originally a little too short for this kind of “high baffle” moutpiece, has been professionally elongated to get a better grip on the cork when tuning. It has now the same length than a Guardala mpc (cf. picture enclosed).There’s some chamber and baffle work done on in too: chamber lightly enlarged, smooth transition between the baffle and the chamber, filled marks added on the baffle like Guardala handmade mpcs. The facing 7** (0.108”) is untouched (see original glodplating on detailed pictures). The mouthpiece plays great from bottom to top, with beautiful medium/low notes. It has a very flexible/balanced sound, can handle a variety of different musical styles, not as buzzy as other high baffle mpcs. It works great with La Voz medium reeds. I’m so used to play my Guardala, so this mpc let go instead of resting in a drawer. I can garantee that the buyer will not be desappointed ! Box, cap and ligature included. International shipping.
