This listing is for the brass lamp in the photos...at least I think it's brass. I believe it is vintage and it's origin is Asian, but not 100 percent certain. My daughter's grandparents on the other side were quite wealthy and had a lot of nice things and I believe this is one of them.   I believe many of them were passed down through a generation or two, therefore I say it's vintage. I am not sure what the image is of on the three legs of the base, but it appears to be some sort of animal. It's a very nice, solid lamp. It works, so it would be perfect for that desktop of yours...hah! The base is wooden. I could not see any damage on the lamp, just regular wear. Seems like individuals may have rubbed the animal heads on the base for good luck. The lamp stands approximately 18" high and the wooden base is 5" in diameter. I looked, but did not see any markings on the piece to identify it better. Will be shipped properly and protected as well as possible. Thanks for looking.

Up for auction is a vintage 6-sided brass & leaded glass Chinese pagoda style pendant light / lamp. This hanging lamp is in great condition and is very well made. There is 6 leaded glass panels with 3 of them having Chinese characters...Longevity (Shou), Fortune (Fu) & Prosperity (Lu). The pendant light measures 13" tall by 12" wide, with a 14.5 foot cord.
