Each channel features a revolutionary compressor/limiter circuit, providing a warm-sounding compressor, which morphs into a brick wall limiter to avoid those critical overs, ensuring total control over all eight channels. The mic preamps featured in OctoPre PLATINUM are similar to those featured in the award winning Focusrite Top-Of-The-Range. They are a transistor-based Class A design utilising the same full-bandwidth philosophy as the legendary RED and ISA mic preamps, ensuring detail and clarity without colouration. The first two 'super channels' also feature phase reverse, as well as TRS jack inputs on the front fascia for quick and easy, DI-free instrument plug-in. Eight line level balanced (+4 dBu) analogue inputs and outputs are provided as standard via 25-pin D-type connectors. These D-type connectors may be routed to 8 XLR/TRS by means of an (optional) 8-way 25-pin D-type to 8 XLR/TRS breakout cable, available separately. In addition to the analogue outputs, the OctoPre can be fitted with digital output (OPTIONAL CARD). Marantz PM4 An excellent amp in very good condition and full working order.  Performs according to specs. This has been tested on a Audio Precision tester (see images of THD + Freq. response). Built in the the 80s in class A mode it's truly amazing with Living Voice and similarly efficient speakers only 15 watts in class A so wont drive hard loads or inefficient speakers to ear splitting levels but can be put into class a b mode for 60 watts. This one has been recapped with Silmic 2 Caps and had new modern binding posts fitted by Deco Audio around 3 years ago. The volume control works 100% no crackles hisses etc but it does require to be handled with care as it was rebuilt again by Deco Audio rather than replacing it. Its a truly epic performer in Class A mode with real grunt allied to a well balanced and resolved sound that is not fatiguing. This amp will outperform many far more expensive amps. The Lavardin IT at 6k shown below it is what i had to spend to replace it it's that good. Les Beovox CX100 ont été produites et vendues de 1984 à 2003 soit durant une vingtaine d'années, ce qui démontre leur succès et leur qualité. Elles sont même les toutes dernières enceintes passives (donc non amplifiées), les seules à avoir passé le seuil de l'an 2000 parmi toutes les enceintes passives Bang & Olufsen. Le son qu'elles développent est clair, limpide et même si leur coffret est de volume réduit, elles ont suffisamment de basses (descendent jusqu'à 50 Hz) pour reproduire tout type de musique de façon équilibrée d'un point de vue spectre musical. Avec un ampli BeoMaster 5000 / 5500 / 6500 / 7000, ou la série des Beocenter 9000 / 9300 / 9500, elles donneront le meilleur d'elles-même, ou mieux encore avec un ampli de Class A de 20 Watts soit environ 70 Watts d'un ampli classique, les Beovox CX100 à 100 Watts RMS se et vous régaleront. L'idéal serait tout de même d'y ajoindre un BEOVOX CONA qui a la forme d'un pouf et qui se place n'importe où dans la pièce où se trouvent les CX100 afin d'avoir une présence soutenue de Basses. On peut quand même dire en restant objectif qu'elles ont du coffre  car développer 100 Watts RMS dans un si petit volume depuis 1983, année de mise au point, relève d'une véritable performance!! Plus précisément concernant la paire de Beovox CX 100 que je propose ici... Les Beovox CX100 que je mets en vente ici sont parmi les toutes dernières produites de ce modèle fin 2002. Je les ai acquises dans un magasin B&O en 2006 où elle dormaient dans son stock, neuves, depuis 2003.  Il se trouve que j'ai de multiples enceintes acoustiques dont une autre paire de Beovox CX100 acquises en 1990 et qui me donnent toujours pleine satisfaction. Je n'ai donc jamais eu besoin de me servir des CX100 en vente ici. Elles ne sont donc jamais sorties de leur emballage carton et plastic d'origine et sont restées en permanence à température ambiante et hygrométrie moyenne (taux d'humidité) pendant 15 ans. Elles n'ont pas bougé, pas d'altération. Ainsi, à l'abri de toutes variations de l'état de l'air, au fond de leur carton de 2006 à 2021, elles sont intactes, aucun relâchement constaté au niveau des cônes et membranes des Haut-parleurs. Donc, je puis affirmer que même si le temps s'est écoulé, elles sont restées neuves n'ayant subi ni air libre / ni déposition de poussière / ni lumière. D'ailleurs, après les photos et les tests audio, elles sont immédiatement retournées dans leur carton... N'hésitez pas à zoomer sur les photos pour les observer de près. Rare paire Luxman C300 et M300:Amplificateur et préamplificateur (avec phono). Le M300 a été produit en même temps que la série C300. Je crois qu’il n’en a été produit que 2000 dans le monde. C’est non seulement une paire de collection, mais le haut de gamme des luxman des années 1980. Ils sont les dernières combinaisons pré/ampli, à avoir été fabriquées sans implication de Alpine(qui a ensuite  modifié sérieusement la qualité Luxman  hélas.). ils ont été primés "produit de l'année" au début des années 80.  Le M300 se laisse utiliser soit en classe A, où il développe 2x42 w sous 8 ohms en classe A, ou alors 172w en classe AB sous 8 ohms. I'm selling this MATRIX X-SABRE PRO MQA DAC, one of the best sounding dacs I have ever owned, and i have owned quite a few in my lifetime !  It is in perfect condition, just as new (i take very good care of my audio gear), and comes with a usb cable and a power cord. It also comes with a remote control. I'm selling it with regret, but i am going to upgrade for a much more expensive dac/streamer. I hope the one i get will sound as good as the Matrix !  It is one of the best rated dacs by the audio science review !
