The lantern has 6 sides in shaped glass which are held in place with the copper framework and the single bulb holder hangs in the centre of the shade. The sides are decorated with a swag detail at the top and bottom. On top of the lantern is a large hoop and the light hangs from a 3 link chain with bar and cup style ceiling rose. This is a lovely French, light filtering Single Panel Floral window curtain. Era. 1950's Size: Width 150 cm Length 186cm A lovely lace net curtain with a floral pattern and a nice sheen to the fabric. There is a rod pocket at the top and bottom of the curtain for easy hanging on a curtain wire or rod.   There are also nine old metal 'O' rings which have been hand sewn to the curtain. I have left these on but can easily be removed. This is a lovely curtain - clean and ready to hang. There are a couple of flaws. There has been a hand sewn repair to the fabric and there is also a very faint mark. These are very hard to spot and are not seen when the curtain is hung. Please see last 2 photographs.

This is the most beautiful bed cover, typically French with the hand crochet decoration and embroidered bouquets. The edging to the quilt is scalloped. This as to be the most beautiful cover I have come across, total elegance. It was very difficult to photo because of size, please zoom in to see detailing. Vintage Retro Unused Single Size Sheet + Pillow Case Floral. The sheet and the pillow case are new old stock, never opened, never out of their plastic. In perfect order. The make is Tergal and they are 67% Poloyester and 33% Modal Polynoisic. This is a flat sheet for a single bed 190 x 290 cm and the square pillow case is 65 x 65cm. The pattern is white with beige and grey floral pattern. The square pillow case is the same pattern.  Total weigh 850g.
