Electrical: When checked with a battery the meter works Viewfinder/focusing screen: Lots of dust. Canon Powerhsot SX280 HS digital camera, with battery and charger. No other accessories included. Faulty, sold for parts or repair.  This camera does not turn on, even after the battery has been charged. It has light general signs of use but no signs of physical damage, and no corrosion in the battery chamber. The screen has some light marks but look OK overall. The battery (a genuine Canon one) seems to charge OK on the charger, it flashes as normal until fully charged, but the camera does nothing when you try to turn it on. This is as far as I can test it. I have no idea if it would be a simple or expensive repair.
