English:  - Pentax SP500 Body, in working condition, FILM TESTED.  - Everything works correctly (except a missing flash port at the front, as seen in photos). Lightmeter works perfectly (from the photos i took with it and compared to my other Pentax and Minolta cameras). Film advancement works, all speeds work. - Some usage marks (as seen in photos) but leather no peeling off, in quite good used condition. - Viewfinder is very clear (as seen in photos) and works perfectly. - M42 mount, so a large array of lenses available in the market, for all prices. - 1/1000th speed available, just not enscribed (google it ^^) Français:  - Boitier Pentax SP500, fonctionnel, TESTE AVEC PELLICULES.  - Tout fonctionne correctement (mis à part un port flash manquant sur la façade, comme vu sur les photos). Avancement du film fonctionnel, toutes les vitesses fonctionnent. - Traces d'usage mais la cuirette ne se détache pas du tout, en assez bon état globalement. - Viseur très clair (voir photos) et fait parfaitement le boulot. - Monture M42 permettant un large choix d'objectifs à tous les prix. - Vitesses 1/1000 ème présente, mais non inscrite (petit choix commercial de Asahi à l'époque).

Nikon F80 35mm film SLR camera body, with strap and front cap. Tested with film, in full working order. This body is in good conditon, there are light signs of wear and age, but no cracks or other obvious damage. The top plate LCD and viewfinder LEDs work well, the shutter fires nicely and the motor winder is strong. The viewfinder and focusing screen have some specks of dust and faint marks, but they are bright, clear and sharp overall. The mirror and lens mount are good, the film chamber is clean and the shutter is intact. All buttons and functions are tested and working, inlcuding the flash hotshoe. The on/off switch can be a little stiff to move when it hasn't been used for a while, but it works fine. I have tested this camera with film, it produces sharp, well-exposed results with even frame spacing and accurate autofocus. Nikon Nikkormat EL 35mm SLR film camera body. Sold for parts or repair as it is in poor condition. Exterior: Top of case is badly dented,. Other general signs of wear and tear, and quite dirty  Shutter/film transport: Fires and winds on without any obvious problems. Shutter curtain looks OK. Electrical: When checked with a battery the meter works Viewfinder/focusing screen: Lots of dust. Doesn't seem to be affected by the damage to the top of the body.  Lens mount: Lenses can be mounted, but the aperture coupling mechanism seems to be faulty and stuck in the wrong place. Film chamber: needs to be cleaned, needs new seals, pressure plate OK. (Français en dessous) I sadly start to sell my huge Canon cameras collection to fund the business project of my daughter.  This very rare camera is one of its nicest pieces. It comes formerly from the Ioannis collection (Belgium).  It is genuinely factory black painted, this is not a repainted chrome camera: genuine black bodies are made with brass, it’s not just a question on painting. Only 8175 Canon VI-T bodies were produced by Canon, among them about 2% were black (less than 200 !). Black paint is surprisingly very well preserved, without brassing on corners. The curtains are only very slightly wrinkled. Only cosmetic faults are a small ding / identation on the top and a slight abrasion due to the strap rings (see pictures). The body has only some slight brassing on the winding lever, on the bottom and on the opening mechanism. The camera works as it should. Lens: Canon 50 mm f/1.8 type 5. Ce très rare appareil en est l'une des plus belles pièces. Ce n'est pas un appareil photo chromé repeint : les boitiers peints en noir était spécialement fabriqués en laiton. Seulement 8175 modèles VI-T furent fabriqués par Canon, dont 2% en noir (moins de 200 !). La peinture noire est étonnamment très bien conservée, sans les habituels usures aux coins. Les seuls défauts esthétiques sont une indentation sur le dessus et de légères usures au niveau des agrafes de sangle (voir photos). Les rideaux métalliques présentent un très léger froissement, sans aucune incidence fonctionnelle. Cet appareil fonctionne comme il se doit. Objectif : Canon 50 mm f/1.8 type 5. Livré sans housse.

Dioptre thread looks dented Shutter/film transport: Fires and winds on, but film advance is faulty. The winder arm will keep winding all the way through a film without stopping. The shutter can still be fired after the arm is wound on once. Shutter curtain looks OK. Speeds sound OK.  Electrical: When checked with a battery the meter works. Battery compartment good. I am selling this full frame DSLR Canon EOS 6D, complete (box, cap,connectors, battery, English charger with French adapter, eye cup, flash support, strap) and in very good general condition.   Are also added; a CANON RC-6 infrared remote control (I forgot to take a picture of it with the rest of the accessories but it is present in the set...), a L-Bracket, a spare tempered protective glass for the rear screen, a USB key, a cleaning kit including a small storage pouch, a blower, micro-fibercloths, etc. (which I also forgot to take a picture of…).   In addition, the camera is supplied with a YONGNUO 50mm lens, f / 1.8, like new because never used, complete, with box and instructions, as well as a VANGUARD carrying bag in very good condition.   The body works perfectly, without dust on the sensor, and a shutter count of about 8300. Both screens are protected by tempered glass, no scratches or cosmetic defects are visible except for a slight wear mark on the corner next to the battery cover where the camera rests. Les deux écrans sont protégés par des verres trempés, aucune rayure ou défaut cosmétique ne sont visibles hormis une légère marque d’usage sur l’angle à côté de la trappe batterie là ou l’appareil repose. I was getting a little skeptical about those "natural" and "analog" statements for the sound of those converters, but as so many people seemed to make converging descriptions, I was left with the feeling it was not just a legend... I decided I had to build one, and try for myself ! As the result was more than surprising... I told myself: wow, I got to show that to my friends... And what most of my friends said: "can you build one for me ?" Call that a market study... Why do audiophiles do not like the sound of current oversampling DACs ? Oversampling DACs are textbook correct, right ? So they should sound perfect, no ? Well... While it is true that oversampling DACs are textbook correct, if you make the wrong assumptions about the human hearing system, you may end up making mistakes, even if you do the math right ! Let me give you a simple example: it is generally assumed we hear the spectrum of sounds, but can't hear the phase. Now try "binaural beats" on Google and listen for yourself. These clearly show the phase information IS sensed, AND remains present far inside the brain. So maybe the spectrum-only approach to DAC design is not telling the whole story... Traditional non-oversampling DACs from the past did not make any assumptions about hearing mechanisms, they just tried to replicate in analog what you fed them digitally as closely as possible...
