New in package, 10meter "HF Power Rod" mobile antenna. I believe one used this to remotely change the direction ons HAM Radio Antenna... It appears to be in good condition. When plugged in, lights come on and the meter moves. I don't know what it all means. I bought it because of its vintage electric look. It's surprising heavy so don't let the shipping fee frighten you, it's that heavy probably seven pounds... A guess. It looks neat and appears to work, however, I can not guarantee anything. After all all I know is what's on the bottom.
