Nikon strip film

Nikon F90x in excellent +++ condition. Only very small use marks on the bottom. All functions work perfectly, super clean viewfinder, light seal are good. The camera has almost no sign of use. Comes with original Nikon Clear front cap, sync and remote caps and the eyepiece. The camera was film tested and all functions are OK. As you probably know, the rubber coating on the back of these camera becomes sticky with time and has to be removed. I removed the back, cleaned the sticky coating very carefully, and polished the whole back to a glossy piano black finish, with a plastic polish, so the back looks perfectly smooth, making a nice contrast with the  matte parts on the camera. Dioptre thread looks dented Shutter/film transport: Fires and winds on, but film advance is faulty. The winder arm will keep winding all the way through a film without stopping. The shutter can still be fired after the arm is wound on once. Shutter curtain looks OK. Speeds sound OK.  Electrical: When checked with a battery the meter works. Battery compartment good. Viewfinder/focusing screen: Dust and heavy scratch marks. Mirror good, with minor signs of use.  Lens mount: Lenses can be mounted and removed correctly.  Film chamber: needs new light seals, pressure plate OK. Nikon F80 35mm film SLR camera body, with strap and front cap. Tested with film, in full working order. This body is in good conditon, there are light signs of wear and age, but no cracks or other obvious damage. The top plate LCD and viewfinder LEDs work well, the shutter fires nicely and the motor winder is strong. The viewfinder and focusing screen have some specks of dust and faint marks, but they are bright, clear and sharp overall. The mirror and lens mount are good, the film chamber is clean and the shutter is intact. All buttons and functions are tested and working, inlcuding the flash hotshoe. The on/off switch can be a little stiff to move when it hasn't been used for a while, but it works fine. I have tested this camera with film, it produces sharp, well-exposed results with even frame spacing and accurate autofocus. Nikon F3 35mm SLR film camera body, with strap, focusing screen and front cap. Sold for parts or repair as it is not working correctly.  Externally this body has some cosmetic signs of wear and age, but no obvious dents or cracks. When batteries are installed the shutter fires, but always at the same speed, irrespective of the shutter speed dial. The frame counter stays stuck on zero, even when a whole film has been wound through the camera. This will need to be repaired. The electrics seem to be working - when fresh batteries are installed the viewfinder readouts function. When no batteries are installed the shutter won't fire.  The focusing screen is in good condition, it's clean with some minor marks and specks of dust. The mirror is good, with minor signs of use. The lens mount seems to be functional - lenses mount and release correctly. The film chamber is clean and tidy, the pressure plate is good and the shutter curtain looks OK too. It will need new light seals and mirror damper foam. I also bundle a film scanning kit with the camera: Nikkor Micro 60mm 2.8 in very good condition (no fungus, no scratch and no haze, but no box) and the Nikon ES2 scanning kit, complete in box.
