It's designed for Mamiya-Sekor CS lenses (for Mamiya NC1000/NC1000S, Sear MBX1000) to fit Fujifilm X-mount camera (Fujifilm X-T10/100/1/2/3/X-E2/3 etc.). Fast and protected shipping. How it works? I just copy/paste the explanation of the seller below : -This adapter lets you mount Mamiya NC1000 Sears Auto CS 1000MXB lens onto Fuji X FX mount cameras. Sample rear of the lens is attached. This adapter has the aperture control ring. If you are new to CS series of lens, please read the following. 1. Please place your Aperture ring in Red dot  (Auto) on the lens. 2. If you observe from the back, pressing one pin lowers aperture and also pushes other pin out. 3. The same mechanism is used in the adapter. Turning the wheel pushes the aperture and second hole is to clear the way for other pin. 4. If you observe carefully, pressing the pin is required only to the point the aperture is set. It will not go any further then that. 5. Hence when you turn aperture wheel, if you encounter slight stiffness, stop there as you pressed it sufficiently. 6. Before changing aperture on the lens, turn the aperture ring back on your adapter. For best usage, keep the aperture in red dot only and use the ring for the desired aperture.

Electrical: When checked with a battery the meter works Viewfinder/focusing screen: Lots of dust. Doesn't seem to be affected by the damage to the top of the body.  Lens mount: Lenses can be mounted, but the aperture coupling mechanism seems to be faulty and stuck in the wrong place. Film chamber: needs to be cleaned, needs new seals, pressure plate OK. I tried the Hasselblad mirrorless X1D, the fuji GFX50s (dreadfull experience with the laziest AF in the world and a poor battery life), theGFX100 (much better experience, but I wasn’t impressed by image quality and rendering…must be the glass), and I always come back to the Pentax 645z. I have never been impressed by Fuji GFX image quality. I Liked the Leica S (again it must be the glass and the lens design that make the real differences), the Hasselblad was interesting, but way too expensive comparing with the Pentax, not even considering the weather sealing and the very long list of ergonomic treats you get from Pentax engineers. It is about creating images and only this, it is not a smartphone. It’s a photographer tool, not a toy. In 2018 I was disappointed by Canon full-frame offering. The5d4 was too expensive and there wasn’t a gap in quality from any canon full Frame since 5d2 and I decided to enter the medium format world with the 645z. I already tried it in Japan in 2015 and I said “well, this would be nice…”. After having bought this camera with literally undying battery life (what a refreshment comparing with all electronic newest camera), I just went to my garden and started right away the 120mm macro. I was dumb because I had no AF at all, but discovered the cleverest mechanism for AF/MF switch to date:sliding the focus ring. There is a slight click and I was all set. Yes the screw motor lenses are a bit noisy, but it’s nice and at the first picture of a random blossoming flower…God almighty, it was like a facepalm, struck by beauty and sheer quality. I decided to keep on the Pentax 645z journey and collect some lenses. The 28-45mm was very soon my favorite landscape lens,equivalent to 22-35mm, extraordinary quality, stabilized, totally weather sealed…those words should surprise you as medium format+stabilized lens+weather sealing…seldom go together. Then came the 90mm macro f2.8, stabilized as well and weather sealed. This may simply be the best lens I’ve ever used for portrait work, incredibly smooth yet detailed. Bokeh is one thing but volumes,transition, tones, textures, it’s just amazing for portrait, and pack shots as well. I wanted to try tele lenses, and acquired the 300mm “star”lens. Build like real lenses with metal, feels solid. Image quality was amazing too, I capture incredible shots of tigers with it, and this lens can really tell stories and add a unique identity. All the lenses are incredible, sharp, and each with unique though I must admit the 150mm f2.8, even though hailed as the portrait king by some other photographers, was often left on the shelf. I discover the craft of using 80s East-Germany Isco lenses for the Pentax and I assembled my favorite lens with a 135mm F2projector lens. This one is really a collectible, manual focus only, it cannot go to the infinity (but for portrait, who cares?) require a good amount of focus skills and mastery of yourself, but it is a very rewarding lens.
