They have detail that is so moorish to listen to, kind of juicy and the bottom end it rich and super deep, I will never sell these speakers, after years of searching I am finally spending less time on and more time listening to music. I should add that these are all-rounders, they do wonders for older low-fi recordings as well, so not just for the jazz or classical heads, these speakers make everything sound rich, lush and detailed. These were Greco's top of the line offerings, and are true yachts, with all the bling appointments: carved maple top, long neck tenon, block pearl inlays, PAF pickups, braided pickup leads, full-size pots with witch hat knobs, and a hand-carved bone nut. These Greco guitars have a cult following all their own, and were head and shoulders above Gibson's of the period.  This one is no exception, and plays like a dream. Neck is arrow straight and true with low action, and the original humbuckers scream. The guitar is in very nice shape, with only the light and natural exterior finish and play wear one expects of a well loved, and well cared for axe. ⋆ We ship worldwide! ⋆ You are looking at an all-original vintage Orville Les Paul Custom from 1989. It comes in the rarest alpine white finish, aged to perfection to a nice cream color. As you may know, Orville was a brand of guitars run by the Gibson Guitar Corporation for the Japanese domestic market during the late 1980s and most of the 1990s. The guitars were designed to the highest standards, mimicking to perfection the most valuable Gibson guitars. Though they were not initially made for export, second hand Orvilles have since travelled the world, and because of their rarity have gained a cult-like following over the years. This is one is among the earliest Orvilles from 1989, as evidenced by the K-09 serial sticker on the back of the headstock, and is a great exemple of the exceptional japanese crafstmanship of the era. The guitar is in very nice shape, with the patina of a well cared for 30+ year old guitar: there's tarnishing on the gold pickups and hardware, some tiny marks here and there that I tried my best to photograph, but overall a very well preserved instrument. Neck is arrow straight and true with low action, fret job is flawless. A real easy player. It is also a light and resonant one, with a weight of only 3.82 kg measured on a digital scale (that's 8.42 lbs). Rings out clearly unplugged, sounds amazing plugged in. Je vends un autre de mes boitiers Pentax Q: s'agissant de la version Q7 disposant d'un capteur de taille supérieur que la version Q ou Q10 première version qui devient très rare à trouver surtout dans cet état quasi neuf ! il est en version noir. Si je retrouve la boite originale il sera expédié dedans sinon bien évidemment bien protégé je joindrai également soit les CD originaux soit une copie de ceux du Q que je conserve (j'en ai mis un en vente en version blanche sur ainsi que deux optiques toy wide et télé). Il a très peu servi avec tous ses accessoires d’origine (courroie, chargeur, câbles etc. certains n’ont même pas été ouverts et donc sous leur protection initiale). Les photos attestent de son état exceptionnel, l’écran n’a ni rayure ni choc, aucun choc également sur le boitier ni sous la semelle. Il fonctionne parfaitement et la batterie tient la charge sans problème. Le nombre de vues prises est très faible moins de 100 et encore au maximum car j'avais 5 boitiers de lasérie Q. Il est vendu sans optique car j’ai au fil du temps acheté tant les optiques classiques que les optiques dites b'"'Toysb'"', je les concerve à l'exception de deux que je mets en vente, ce jour pour les deux autres boitiers Q et QS que je possède. Les optiques se trouvent facilement sur que ce soit en neuf ou occasion seul le zoom 08 (ultra grand angle) est très cher. C’est un boitier très agréable, minuscule et avec une ergonomie très sympathique. Certes le capteur est petit mais l’électronique embarquée et la qualité des optiques lui permet de produire de belles images. C’est donc une occasion rare qui s’offre à vous. Je l’ai peu très utilisé et toujours avec soin. At the end of a record's side (which is sensed optically), the arm lifts and returns to its rest and the motor shuts off. The platter, which weighs 3-3/4 pounds including its thick rubber mat, is belt-driven from a tiny, flat, disc-shaped motor. The motor's speed is electronically controlled by a quartz-crystal reference oscillator and a microprocessor. In addition, a second control loop measures the platter's speed with an optical sensor and corrects the motor speed as required to maintain the correct playing speed. Unlike almost all other currently available record players, the Dual CS 5000 operates at 78 rpm as well as 33% and 45 rpm. The tonearm of the CS 5000 is designed to minimize many of the recognized weaknesses of typical pivoted tonearms. It is supported by gimbal pivots for both axes of motion and operates at all times in a fully balanced state (the downward tracking force is supplied by a coiled spring). Dual points out that the arm-support system eliminates any need for critical leveling of the turntable, which can in theory be operated at almost any angle to the horizontal. Another potential problem, warp wow, is a common result of playing a warped record with a tonearm whose vertical pivot is located above the record's plane. The combination causes a periodic fore-to-aft shift of the stylus as the arm travels over the warp and superimposes a frequency modulation (wow) on the program. The Dual CS 5000's tonearm has its vertical pivot in the plane of the record, which reduces warp wow to its lowest possible level. The slim, tubular-aluminum tonearm has a removeable head-shell featuring Dual's adjustable vertical tracking angle (VTA). The cartridge can be tilted by a knob on top of the shell, varying the VTA over a ± 5-degree range. A critical listener can do this by ear, and Dual also recommends VTA settings for a number of popular cartridges. The tracking-force and antiskating controls are on the tonearm's pivot structure, near the arm rest and cueing-lift lever. Most turntables, including the CS 5000, have platters that are designed to concentrate their mass around the outer edge, where it contributes the most to the inertia of the system. These platters resemble a shallow bell, and they usually ring like one when struck or otherwise excited mechanically, a characteristic that can color or muddy the reproduced sound. The platter of the CS 5000 features a unique damping system to eliminate such resonance. I have owned this from new 1987. It has been extremely well looked after, though a bit dusty. No marks or scratches anywhere. Plays lovely, though the cartridge will now need changing. I still have the original packaging, so if you really want it posted, this is possible. All the bits come apart and are packaged separately in their own special packaging. The whole thing weighs about 10kg plus packaging of course. We will have to discuss this separately. I would of course prefer it to be picked up, but you will have to come to Brittany in France for that. If you want any other photos, just ask. I changed the belt about 5 years ago and it is still perfect.  I don't need to explain what a lovely piece of engineering this is and how rarely they come up for sale.
