Original French Pressing!!!!...Rare!! *VINYL: VG+ *COVER: VG(VG+) From the liner notes of F.U.2 - Punk Rock, 2012 Reissue of the Album originally release in 1977.  F.U.2 - The Myth and the Legend by Terry Clemson aka Terry Gibson  "F.U.2, the album, has for many years been the subject of much speculation. Some refer to it as the "Secret Downliners Sect Album". It really never was........  Many theories and stories of how it came about have circulated over the years...  How it actually came about was thanks to a record producer friend of mine, Eddie Bourne. Eddie was asked to produce a Punk album, by a band called The Vacants. At the time Eddie felt the band needed augmenting for recording purposes, so he asked me to play guitar on the session...  Following on the back of the relative success of The Vacants album, I pursuaded Eddie to allow me to record a Punk album under the name F.U.2.  It all started out as a bit of a joke really. It was late 1970's that me and Keith Grant (2), of the Downliners Sect, set about to write the songs. Some of these we already had in the can that we thought would fit the bill, like "Out Of School", "Playin' My Guitar" which incidentally were later to appear on the Sects 'Showbiz' album. It wasn't long before ten other songs had been assembled and were ready to take into the studio.  As a band F.U.2 obviously never existed, so Keith and I enlisted musician friends to play on the session. Paul Holm was on drums, Robin Langridge on keyboards. Don Craine on rhythm guitar and Paul Tiller on blues harp were also co-opted to play on a couple of tracks. AC/DC HIGH VOLTAGE '75 AUSSIE ALB. PRODUCTIONS 009 ONLY SIDE 2 BLU ROO !?!. État : "Bon état" to read absolutely before bidding !!!: this album was released on february 17 1975 in australia so he is 46 years old! it is not a first hand, it has two qualities of exceptions which is worth to be interested in it especially for collectors of vinyls of ac / dc like me and I am asser stalled in this field,  and also unfortunately some three bad points or even four if you count the cover; I will explain to you to start on the state of the vinyl and the cover: the cover on the front and back is appreciable see the photos,  but on each side: in the sleeve an opening of 6 to 7 cm is on the three junction sides so to stay in the real no adding tape,  but is delivered with a pvc protection that keeps everything stable, vinyl level, listen to headphones: the first track side 1;  "baby please don't go" between 13 seconds and 20 seconds from the start shows two minimal jerks barely susceptible and which does not prevent the smooth unwinding of the vinyl, on side 2 "soul tripper" a minimal jerk in the second minute and to conclude another jolt during "show business" halfway through  the track and of course not susceptible: and does not prevent  the smooth running of the vinyl, otherwise all the rest of  the album is masterful, a fucking his ! I would like to point out,  listen to a technics sl 3300 and Tracking force of 1.75 grams (important!) Now we will get into the subject, this vinyl has the particularity of having the roo logo only on side 2 and for explanation:  First pressing with Blue center labels & kangaroo. Track A1 is credited to Broonzy on back sleeve and center labels. Later copies had the side one label changed to correct an error in the writing credit for "Baby Please Don't Go". It was incorrectly credited to Broonzy, but was actually written by Joe Williams - The matrix number is the same, and the label still carries the Blue Roo,  that is used by Alberts, to signify an original Alberts issue. Track A1 is still credited to Broonzy on the back of the sleeve,  but Joe Williams is now credited on the side one label. (these are a lot less common than Broonzy -  at a rate of around Three Broonzy to one Joe Williams, which is also a good indicator that this is not a different issue). AND HAS NOTICEABLE SURFACE MARKS SO GRADED IN GOOD + CONDITION. NOTE WE GRADE ALL OUR RECORDS AS PER RECORD COLLECTOR RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDE ! Notes Blue center labels & kangaroo logo on side B. This is a later label variant which has had the track A1 writing credit corrected from Broonzy to Joe Williams. A1 is still credited on the back sleeve to Broonzy. The matrix numbers are the same showing the same masters were used for pressing this release. JACKSON FIVE CARDBOARD RECORD PICTURE DISC OFFICIEL Collector officiel.  Un « cardboard record » (dont la qualité sonore n'est pas excellente) est un disque en carton que l'on pouvait découper sur l'emballage des paquets de céréales Kellogg's au tout début des années 70. Un moyen pour Motown de faire de la promo jusque dans les cuisines. Selon les paquets que l'on achetait, on pouvait tomber sur l’une des trois chansons proposées. Ce qui veut dire qu'il y a trois disques semblables d'apparence mais qui comportent chacun une chanson différente (ici les chansons "Sugar Daddy", "Goin' Back To Indiana" et "Who's Loving You"). Ce n'est pas le seul « cardboard record » des Jackson 5; il y en a d'autres (avec 5 chansons sur chacun) qui eux ont une jolie photo des J5 imprimée dessus. JACKSON FIVE CARDBOARD RECORD PICTURE DISC OFFICIEL Collector officiel.  Un « cardboard record » (dont la qualité sonore n'est pas excellente) est un disque en carton que l'on pouvait découper sur l'emballage des paquets de céréales Kellogg's au tout début des années 70. Un moyen pour Motown de faire de la promo jusque dans les cuisines. Selon les paquets que l'on achetait, on pouvait tomber sur l’une des trois chansons proposées. Ce qui veut dire qu'il y a trois disques semblables d'apparence mais qui comportent chacun une chanson différente (ici les chansons "Sugar Daddy", "Goin' Back To Indiana" et "Who's Loving You"). Ce n'est pas le seul « cardboard record » des Jackson 5; il y en a d'autres (avec 5 chansons sur chacun) qui eux ont une jolie photo des J5 imprimée dessus. Enceintes Sony SS-G 1 II avec câble HIFI. État : Occasion 2 enceintes - livrées avec câbles et notices d'époque. (Années 80) Très bon état de conservation - Fonctionnent très correctement. Vente pour changement de système moins volumineux. SONY SS-G1   The original  SS-G1  was made in Japan. The smaller but heavier  SS-G1mkII  was assembled and tweaked in Germany by WEGA. The  SS-G1mkIII  did see even better power handling and a filter repratee shifted up by 1Khz. Typical Sony: all three only say " G1 " on the their front and cover, whatever the actual version... All three sported a 25cm Carbocon woofer, the "acoustically grooved" front baffle and a fair directivity plot (given the price-range). THD specs show a predominance of 2nd harmonics (I can hear that:) and my ears tell me they can take a LOT of power without going haywire. My own november 1980 mkII have an ogival damped sub-enclosure holding the mid driver and although the filter board is tagged " Sony, made in Japan ", several components bear a WEGA sticker. The inside shows many corner braces plus a large, 3cm thick, flower-like shape supplementary surface glued to the back to diminish standing resonances. The 25cm tall WS-E70 feet are screwed to the underside with a huge and large (single) screw. As a few lower to mid-end Sony speakers from 1977 onward, the  G1mkII  were part of those units "tuned in Europe" for the european market and for european "ears". The low and high drivers in my mkII are  SEAS OEMs with diecast aluminium structure, the mid as well probably but it is sealed so I can't be sure... A 1980 Best Buy in the UK at any rate.
