[NEAR-MINT] 8mm 1.75x BABY HYPERGONAR by H. CHRETIEN / ANAMORPHIC / CINEMASCOPE This copy of this mythic lens is absolutely flawless, it's just like buying a brand new lens, and I sincerely ain't bullshitting about that. It comes with 3 original rear adapters, original front & rear caps, the original box and the user manual. This anamorphic adapter have fixed focus, which means that it's in focus from 4m to infinity, and you can get a closer focus by focusing on your taking lens as well as by using diopters. It's a very small scope but the results a properly stunning, you'll get a very very sharp image and some truly pretty nice neutral/blueish flares. I'm selling it because I have too many anamorphic scopes and I don't use the Hypergonar that much frequently, so it will probably be in better hands with someone else; this wonder of technic has to be use to create and always create more, not to taking the dust on a shelf. I paid 1500€ for this few months ago, so I'm asking 1300€ today, in regard to what I payed back in the days, I think it's fair enough. I barely used it, it's truly like a new thing. The professor's idea being to get extra information on to standard emulsion area, thus obviating the need for wider or larger - and therefore more costly - filmstock. Of course, we all know (don't we?), that the HYPERGONAR was the basis of the CinemaScope lens finally adopted by 20th CENTURY Fox Inc. This design also became the little 8mm HYPERGONAR. The little 8mm HYPERGONAR is the most famous of all the CinemaScope lenses, (It's the only one allowed to carry that famous name on its barrel). And deservdly so, since it is an excellent little unit that is capable of absolutely superb visual results, while being small enough to be within most peoples pockets! In construction the 8mm HYPERGONAR is unique. With a minimal length, at least half that of its nearest rival, and a very small diameter. It is virtually a solid block of glass, a beautifully made objective and a delight to use. This is an Intrepid 8x10 camera in excellent working condition. The only small point worth noting is that I shortened one of the tabs on the ground glass holder in order to allow the back to be closed in landscape mode - see images. The rest of the camera is in near perfect condition with only some superficial marks on the wood. The glass is chip and scratch free. The bellows are light-tight and undamaged. The focus mechanism is smooth and works as normal. Although this unit is designed for use mainly with guitar, there's also an unbalanced jack mic input, though I wouldn't recommend this for serious recording work. However, it is useful for those high-street busking sessions with a digeridoo (or whatever) and you can even use the mic and instrument inputs at the same time if need be. The output of the unit is strictly mono and power can come from an optional PSU or from six AA batteries. Digital units like this tend to be fairly hungry on batteries, so the mains adaptor is a good idea — unless you're busking in the high street using a battery amplifier! Working with loops can be a problem, because if you get an overdub wrong, you generally have to go back to square one. However, that's no problem here, as there's a very welcome Undo/Redo button. To help timing, there's also a useful metronome and a facility for having the loop recording end precisely on a beat rather than exactly where you hit the pedal. This is really helpful in creating tight-sounding loops. Once a loop has been recorded, its tempo can be changed without altering its pitch, though as with most time/pitch manipulation there's only so far you can go before the processing artefacts start to show. Other live performance niceties include the ability to store multiple Phrases, then decide whether each should play back as a 'one shot' performance or loop continuously. Because this pedal can store multiple Phrases, and store them after power down, you could load up a few backing tracks into it (from CD, your computer or any other suitable audio source) ready to perform. There's no way to back up loops other than to record the audio output, though, and from my own perspective the ability to dump and load audio files via USB would have made a lot of sense. Il est vendu avec surboite, boite avec les mousses, la documentation, la facture, la housse en cuir, le pare soleil grand angle, bouchon avant/arriere. D’un point de vue fonctionnel, l’objectif est comme neuf, la bague d’ouverture est bien crantée sans jeu, la bague de MAP est douce sans point dur. D’un point de vue cosmétique, il est comme neuf… rien a signaler. Un seul defaut se trouve sur une des branches du pare soleil, petite fissure au niveau d’une vis qui devait etre trop serrée pour le plastique. Plus de photos possibles si besoin. The lens comes with the full set: doublr box, original box with foam, leather case, front and rear lens protection, sun hood, leica receipt… Lens works perfectly and could pass as new, aperture rings is neat and not loose. Depth of field ring is very smooth with no stiff point. Cosmetic condition could pass as new ass well, literally no scratch or anything on the whole lens body and lenses. Only default is a little crack around one screw of the sun hood, i’m guessing this screw was over tighten which lead to cracking the plastic. AMPTASTIC / ampli intégré audiophile en classe D  La référence à moins de 120 €  Parfait état, livré avec alimentation 12 V d'origine BANC D'ESSAI ANGLAIS: A few years ago this forum was ablaze with Mini-T amp hyperbole. Probably just another passing fad I assumed yet it is clear that there are many who love these diminutive boxes.  So as a brief background I recently had a pair of Combak Bravo standmount speakers and was searching for an amplifier to pair with them. A £6k speaker surely deserves an amplifier with a similar price tag? Well in my initial search I decided, just for fun to try a £60 Muse Mini-T with the Combak’s. The results were surprisingly impressive yet my head kept saying  ‘This makes no sense’. I’m not saying that this was the ultimate combo but the Muse was doing an amazing job considering especially with its reproduction of vocals. It was around that time that I started reading about the new Amptastic Mini-1 so I contacted the company to see if I could have one for review. Chris at Amptastic was happy to oblige but due to the initial demand by the time my review sample arrived I had moved the Bravos on. Anyway other speakers are available as they say. So the Mini-1 is rated up to 20W per channel and based on the familiar TA2020 chipset. On the front we have a push button on/off switch which has a tiny blue LED alongside to indicate power  plus a volume knob. I particularly like how clean and attractive the front panel with no unsightly logo on display. The rear consists of a single pair if RCA analogue inputs and some nice quality speaker connectors along with a power input for use with the supplied 12V power supply. For most of my listening I used the variable outputs of a QUAD 99CDP. This gave me full control of the volume via its remote and also access to streaming via the Quad’s digital inputs. To give me some sort of reference I initially listened to the Muse amp with the Quad through my 87db Gershman Avant Gardes. To be honest I didn’t think either amp would be able to drive the Gershmans to any sort of decent level. I was wrong. The Muse did a fair job but KD Lang’s  ‘If I Were You’ from the ‘All You Can Eat’ album sounded a bit messy. The bass was ill defined and lightweight. A few tracks more showed more of the same.  So switching to the Mini-1 and straight away the bass was far better defined and more in balance with the rest of the track. The music had an altogether more cohesive feel. In fact what struck me throughout all my listening is just how balanced it was. The highs and mids are refined enough to give the impression that you are listening to something with a higher price ticket and the bass was surprisingly good for an amplifier of this type. I also tried the Mini-1 with my 90db sensitivity Heco Celan 300 stand mount speakers. Again the results were impressive with the Mini-1 providing more than enough power to run at decent volume levels. As well as running the Mini-1 as a simple integrated it can be configured for use as a power amplifier. This is done by removing the front volume knob and rear bolts in order to slide the main board out of its case and change a couple of jumper settings. While you have the board out you can also disable the front panel blue LED if you wish. Clear instructions are included in the user ‘manual’ or should I say ‘sheet’ and although I did not attempt this it looks a simple enough operation. The Mini-1 (or any amplifier of this type) will not be for everyone, the single input alone will count many out also possibly the lack of remote control but looking at the Mini-1 purely on its sonic virtues and price tag this might be one of the best ways to invest your £99 out there. I sell 2 Roland Boutique JX-03, in perfect condition, like new with all packing, box, manual. As you probably know, this is the best JX-3P VA emulation available on the market.   The JX-3P condensed the signature Roland sound users had come to expect into 64 stunning presets. Beautiful design, meticulous craftsmanship, and ease of use—the JX-3P was a Roland synth for aspiring youngster and virtuoso alike. The most attractive quality of the JX-3P is its versatility. The presets alone provide a masterclass in sonic engineering. Present midrange, shimmering high end, punchy bass frequencies—it’s all there in the JX-03.    Augmented by the PG 200, JX-3P users could navigate between out-of-the-box excellence and infinite customization. Visceral control options, not one but TWO stabilizing Digitally Controlled Oscillators, and Roland’s unmatched soundscapes—it’s no wonder the JX-3P shines brightly on countless classic recordings. The JX-03 includes all the controls of the PG-200 and the graphic charter of the JX-3P. The lower row is composed of illuminated buttons, allowing to manage presets, programs, sequences and global functions. On the left there are two expression ribbons with recall and lateral backlighting depending on the position,  one for pitch bend, the other for modulation; the first one also allows pre-listening of sounds when nothing is connected to the machine. The connections, located on the back, are common to the Boutique series: power switch, USB port type micro B (power, MIDI and audio), mini volume control, headphone output, line output, line input (routed directly to the analog/USB audio outputs, for cascading several modules) and MIDI input/output in DIN format. All audio connections are in stereo mini-jack format. Underneath the module is a small speaker (which we'll talk about later) and a hatch for inserting the 4 AA-LR6 batteries supplied (if a USB mic/mains power cord is not supplied). In conjunction with the small speaker and the pitch bend ribbon, they make the synth totally autonomous, at least during the 6 hours announced by the manufacturer. A serious alternative to be considered by those who are put off by the rarity, the price, the ergonomics (without PG-200) and the maintenance of the JX-3P (I know what I'm talking about for having owned and maintained many vintage synthesizers!!) This is my preferred Boutique synth after the JP-08.

Nikon AF Nikkor ED 300mm f4 autofocus prime lens, with front and rear caps. In good condition and in full working order, though the focus can be noisy (details below). Externally this lens is in very nice condition, with only light signs of use. The glass is also good, it's clean, clear and free of haze and fungus. There is one tiny mark on the front element, which doesn't affect image quality, and it's otherwise unmarked. As with any used lens, there are a few specks of internal dust. The aperture blades are excellent, they're clean and free of oil, the aperture ring clicks well through the stops and the iris is snappy. The AF servo motor can be noisy - sometimes the screw-drive gear makes a high-pitched noise when refocusing between near and far subjects (or vice versa). This is apparently a common problem on this lens, but it shouldn't affect performance. The autofocus is accurate, but the noise could be disturbing if, for example, you're photographing wildlife. In manual focus the gear will make a similar high-pitched noise if you focus quickly. For normal fine focusing it doesn't make this noise, you have to move the barrel quite quickly to provoke it. In any case, I have set a lower price to reflect the issue. The removable filter holder works well and the included Nikon L37c is in good condition, with minor signs of use. The built-in hood is slightly dented but also still works very well. When tested the lens produces sharp, contrasty images. I often have similar or compatible items for sale, see my shop for details. Here we have a beautiful example of Nikon's iconic fast fifty. This is the "S·C" version, which as far as I know was only made in the pre-Ai F mount. This lens does have an Ai mount, so it was presumably modified at some point: the conversion is expertly done, perhaps by Nikon itself (I think you could send in your pre-AI lenses for modification for a while). It will now work with modern Nikon SLRs and DSLRs.  Anyway, this lens is in excellent condition. Glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze. There is a tiny mark on the rear element (visible in the second photo) but otherwise the glass appears pristine and unmarked. Iris blades are clean and snappy. Aperture selector moves nicely, focus is even. Includes original front and rear caps (the classy old Nippon Kogaku type that feel like bakelite) and the lens's HS-1 hood.  Be sure to check out my other sales. L'allure générale montre une construction plutôt légère, plastique et métal embouti, donc un engin populaire. État esthétique bon: assez peu de marques d'usage (voir photos), sauf étui cuir qui a cédé à la charnière (réparable). Optique propre (simpliste, une seule lentille semble-t-il). Pas d'indication de focale ni d'ouverture. Un levier à trois valeurs de diaphragme. Un levier à deux valeurs:  B + une seule vitesse (environ 1/100° ?)
