When checked with batteries (not included) the camera turns on, fires well and appears to operate normally. However the function dial on the front is not working properly. It's stiff to operate, sometimes it turns easily, sometimes not. It works, but it can be quite difficult to use. The viewfinder and focusing screen have quite a few dust spots. The mirror and lens mount are good, with minor signs of use, the film chamber is clean and the shutter looks OK. The lens is in good external condition, with light signs of use. Nikon F3 35mm SLR film camera body, with strap, focusing screen and front cap. Sold for parts or repair as it is not working correctly.  Externally this body has some cosmetic signs of wear and age, but no obvious dents or cracks. When batteries are installed the shutter fires, but always at the same speed, irrespective of the shutter speed dial. The frame counter stays stuck on zero, even when a whole film has been wound through the camera. This will need to be repaired. The electrics seem to be working - when fresh batteries are installed the viewfinder readouts function. When no batteries are installed the shutter won't fire.  The focusing screen is in good condition, it's clean with some minor marks and specks of dust. The mirror is good, with minor signs of use. The lens mount seems to be functional - lenses mount and release correctly. The film chamber is clean and tidy, the pressure plate is good and the shutter curtain looks OK too. Komura Telemore 2x Teleconverter for Mamiya RB67, with case and caps. In poor optical condition, there is fungus, dust and various other blemishes. Tokina 28-70mm f4 manual focus zoom lens, Minolta MD mount. With front cap and matched lens hood. Sold for parts/repair as the iris is slow. This is Minolta MD/SR mount, for manual focus Minolta 35mm film SLRs, though it can be adapted to many other cameras with mount adapters. Externally this lens is in very good external condition, with minor wear and tear. The glass is clean, clear and unscratched, and free of haze and fungus. As with any used lens, there may be a few minor specks of internal dust. The aperture blades are clean and free of oil but the iris is a little slow to close when released, therefore may cause exposure problems. The zoom and focus barrels move smoothly, though the macro mode seems to be behave a little strangely. Canon Powerhsot SX280 HS digital camera, with battery and charger. No other accessories included. Faulty, sold for parts or repair.  This camera does not turn on, even after the battery has been charged. It has light general signs of use but no signs of physical damage, and no corrosion in the battery chamber. The screen has some light marks but look OK overall. The battery (a genuine Canon one) seems to charge OK on the charger, it flashes as normal until fully charged, but the camera does nothing when you try to turn it on. This is as far as I can test it. Soligor Tele-Auto 135mm f2.8 manual focus lens, Miranda mount, with front and rear caps. Untested, sold for parts or repair. The little lever sticking out of the side of the lens mount is quite loose, it looks like it needs to be tightened up. The glass is clean and unscratched, with some light signs of use, and a few internal specks of dust. The aperture blades are clean and free of oil, the iris is snappy, and the aperture ring clicks correctly through the stops. The focus is very smooth. Tamron AF Tele-Macro 90-300mm f4.5-5.6 zoom lens in Nikon F mount, with front cap, lens hood and protective filter. Sold for parts or repair as the iris is stuck.   Externally this lens is in good condition, with minor general signs of use. The glass is very good, it's clean, clear and unscratched, and free of haze and fungus. There are one or two minor specks of dust internally. The iris does not function correctly, the stop-down lever is very stiff. With some effort you can push the iris open and closed, but it is effectively stuck. The aperture ring moves through the settings, but the iris does not move.  The zoom and manual focus barrels work well, and when tested the lens produces sharp results. The autofocus doesn't work very well, it hunts a lot. Due to the iris issue this lens is not usable, except when used at the widest aperture, sold for parts or repair. Nikon AF Nikkor ED 300mm f4 autofocus prime lens, with front and rear caps. In good condition and in full working order, though the focus can be noisy (details below). Externally this lens is in very nice condition, with only light signs of use. The glass is also good, it's clean, clear and free of haze and fungus. There is one tiny mark on the front element, which doesn't affect image quality, and it's otherwise unmarked. As with any used lens, there are a few specks of internal dust. The aperture blades are excellent, they're clean and free of oil, the aperture ring clicks well through the stops and the iris is snappy. The AF servo motor can be noisy - sometimes the screw-drive gear makes a high-pitched noise when refocusing between near and far subjects (or vice versa). This is apparently a common problem on this lens, but it shouldn't affect performance. The autofocus is accurate, but the noise could be disturbing if, for example, you're photographing wildlife. In manual focus the gear will make a similar high-pitched noise if you focus quickly. For normal fine focusing it doesn't make this noise, you have to move the barrel quite quickly to provoke it. In any case, I have set a lower price to reflect the issue. The removable filter holder works well and the included Nikon L37c is in good condition, with minor signs of use. This lens has some external signs of wear, notably the filter ring, which is very rough, and does not accept the filter retaining ring more than about one turn, so it isn't usable for filters in its current state. Apart from this the external conditon is good for its age, with some light wear but no other damage. The glass is good overall, there are some very faint surface scratches and other minor marks, but nothing that affects image quality, and it's clean, clear and free of haze and fungus. As with any used lens there may be a few minor specks of internal dust. I have measured the shutter speeds and the are slow ones (up to 15th) are accurate, but all the fast ones are incorrect (the shutter just closes instantly). This will need to be serviced/repaired. The shutter leaves look clean and in good condition. The focus movement is smooth, and the aperture and shutter speed rings work well. The iris blades are clean and free of oil, and open and close well. The depth of field preview function works correctly, as do the depth of field indicator tabs as the f-stop is changed, and the flash sync socket is tested and working. Carl Zeiss Jena 180mm f2.8 Sonnar, in Pentacon Six mount, with M86/M95 filter thread adapter ring.  This vintage lens is in working condition, but it has as few problems, so sold for parts or repair. Externally there are some general signs of use, but it's in OK cosmetic condition for its age. The glass is clean and clear, and free of haze. It did have some minor signs of fungus, which have been removed and treated, but there are still some traces of it here and there. There are also few light surface marks in a few places. Overall the glass is good however. As with any used lens, there are a few minor specks of internal dust.  The focus barrel is working, the action is not smooth but it's fully functional and not stiff. The aperture blades are clean and free of oil, and the iris is usually snappy, but sometimes it's a little sluggish when stopping down - if you tilt the lens down towards the floor the iris sometimes won't stop down to the smallest apertures. When the lens is level this isn't a problem, the iris is snappy. Bronica SQ-Ai external battery pack. This is sold for parts or repair, as it seems to be working intermittently. There's a hint of a previous battery leak on one of the terminals, but this has been cleaned up. The battery compartment also has some splits in the plastic, but it still holds the batteries OK. It seems to be unreliable, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't seem to be providing power, so there is possibly a loose connection.
