Wich was untested

Comes from a laptop wich is not working there was something burning near the PCH or the PCH. After removing the CPU and the Graphic card there was no more burning. I mesured the ohm of the graphic card beetween the capacitor i had 3 ohms same for the pwm.  Power cable is good but fan and heatsink. The lock for the power board is missing !
